في خضم الأزمات المتلاحقة التي تعصف بالسودان، من نزاعات داخلية إلى انهيار اقتصادي وإنساني، برزت _مبادرة ولي العهد السعودي الأمير محمد بن سلمان_ كخطوة جريئة نحو إعادة بناء السلام في بلد أنهكته الصراعات. هذه المبادرة لم تكن مجرد تحرك دبلوماسي، بل كانت تعبيرًا عن رؤية استراتيجية تنبع من التزام المملكة بدورها الإقليمي والإنساني.

منذ سقوط نظام عمر البشير في 2019، دخل السودان مرحلة انتقالية مضطربة، تخللتها انقلابات عسكرية، صراعات بين الجيش وقوات الدعم السريع، وانهيار شبه كامل للبنية التحتية والخدمات مما أدى إلى نزوح

الملايين داخليًا وتدهور والاقتصاد السوداني الذى يعاني من تضخم مفرط وانعدام الأمن الغذائي الخ .

ليست هذه المبادرة الأولى من نوعها؛ فقد لعبت المملكة العربية السعودية دورًا محوريًا في دعم السودان عبر مراحل مختلفة، سواء من خلال المساعدات الإنسانية أو الوساطات السياسية. لكن ما يميز هذه المبادرة هو توقيتها الحرج، وشموليتها في معالجة جذور الأزمة وليس فقط مظاهرها.
