Education, Politics and Law (Between Equality and Classism) _Captain Mohammed Hassan Al-Tahir
Date: October 2026. 26
There is no doubt that there is a direct or inverse relationship between building man and building homelands that appears through the relationship between upbringing and education on the continuum of the series of natural minerals (giving each what is his)
For upbringing is not only education, but there is a difference in degree and type, we find from its analysis that the difference (lies and emerges) in that
Education stuffs the mind
– Tells you that 1+1=2
Upbringing builds man and tells you
– Why you calculate,
– For whom you calculate,
– And how you divide the result with justice?
Upbringing is:
– Dynamics of ideas inside the self
– That turns information into behavior, and behavior into character, and character into homeland.
– That determines what each owner of mind will do with his mind on the continuum of the connecting and separating distance between gold and silver, determined by the estimates of capitalist politics which are necessarily determined through the relationship of upbringing with politics?!!!
For people follow the religion of their kings
So there is no upbringing without politics, and no politics without upbringing
– If you raise them on freedom, they produce freedom (between moderation and chaos)
– And if you raise them on fear, they produce fear whose effect differs according to the ability of the individual and the group to deal with pressures through their proactive information by readiness or immediate by preparation
From here it can be said that
– Politics is the large school,
– And upbringing is the small politics or that it is cause and result
Every political system wants to make a student to its measure and this leads to the following question:
– Does upbringing differ with differing ruling systems on the continuum of democracy and dictatorship and capitalism
A question that needs an answer perhaps becoming clear gradually by defining upbringing on the continuum of democracy and dictatorship
Upbringing in democracy perhaps works with slogan
– I think, therefore I am.
While upbringing in dictatorship raises you with slogan:
– I agree, therefore I am safe.
Democracy teaches you the art of questioning,
And dictatorship teaches you the art of clapping.
– The first wants a free opinion,
– And the second wants a follower
I wonder what did the Prophet want when he asked prisoners of Quraish to teach ten of the poor children of Muslims then and the ignorant then and which leads us to the question about the role of education in making a healthy society that reduces division between society and opens future horizons in front of a (whole) generation and teaches them the art of decent living
– Teach your children sciences other than your sciences
– For they live in a time other than your time
This prophetic product came as a result of the methodology of Islam which does not prevent ownership but it establishes compassion and therefore tries to remove the gap and alienation between slogan
– Capitalism succeed alone.
– Socialism succeed together.
What is the relationship of education with politics and law in Islam?
And here is the crux which highlights the role of Islam as a religion and its methodology as a path and its message whose messenger was sent to all people.
_From the socio-economic point of view:_
Islam made education an obligation before making it a right.
The first verse “Read” is not a slogan but it is a political educational law.
Why? Because society:
– The ignorant cannot apply justice,
– The educated does not accept injustice.
Law in Islam is not a stick but it is upbringing.
Limits were not placed to cut hands, but to raise the hand so it does not steal. It achieves slogan
– Education for all
Islam said: Seeking knowledge is an obligation on every Muslim man and woman. It did not say on
– The rich without the poor,
– Nor on Quraish without others, but it is what turned the enemy into a school:
In Badr, the ransom of the prisoner was to teach ten Muslims.
This is civility in politics in Islam:
– Turns the prisoner into a teacher.
Is there in today’s system who did this?
_Does Islam create a class society?_
Answer: No, Islam fought classism by upbringing, but it recognized disparity by striving (with existence of opportunities)
He said: “And We have raised some of you above others in degrees.”
– This is a natural law, not classist. People differ in effort and mind.
But classism is to make this disparity an unchangeable fate, and to inherit it.
Islam says: No.
– Knowledge raises,
– And piety benefits
“Allah will raise those who have believed among you and those who were given knowledge, by degrees.”
True classism is not in Islam, but in the system that
– Prevents the son of the poor from education to remain poor,
– And grants the son of the rich the certificate to remain rich.
Islam came to break this wall:
– Bilal the Abyssinian calls to prayer
– And Salman the Persian is from us, the people of the House.
That is upbringing, and that is politics, and that is law.
_Conclusion:_
If we want a healthy Sudan we need
– Upbringing that plants civility,
– And politics that plants astuteness,
– And law that plants harmony.
So what do you think
