بالنظر عامل الزمن ومن خلال ادارة الزمن البشرى فى مواجهة الزمن الكونى وفي عالم اليوم الذى تتسارع فيه الأحداث وتتشابك فيه المصائر، تغدو السياسة فنًّا لإدارة الزمن قبل أن تكون إدارة للمصالح.

فالزمن ليس مجرد عقارب ساعة تدور، بل هو نسيج تتداخل فيه الأبعاد الكونية والنفسية والطبيعية، ليصوغ وعينا ويحدد أفعالنا.

من هنا، تنبع أهمية الانتقال من رد الفعل إلى المبادرة الفاعلة، كتحول جوهري في ممارسة السياسة، وفي فهم الإنسان لدوره في الكون.

*🕰️ الزمن أبعاد متعددة*

*الزمن الكوني*

– هو الزمن المطلق، الذي لا يرتبط بإدراك الإنسان، بل يسير وفق قوانين فيزيائية تحكم حركة الكواكب وتوسع الكون.

إنه زمن الله، الذي “لا يُحدّ بزمن”، بل هو خالق الزمن ذاته.

*الزمن النفسي*

– هو الزمن الذي يعيشه الإنسان في داخله، حيث تمر اللحظات ببطء أو بسرعة حسب حالته الشعورية.

إنه زمن الذات، زمن القلق أو الأمل، زمن الانتظار أو الفعل

*الزمن الطبيعي*

– هو الزمن الذي نرصده في تعاقب الليل والنهار، في تغير الفصول، في نمو الأشجار وذبولها.

إنه الزمن الذي يربطنا بالأرض، ويحدد إيقاع الحياة اليومية.

*⏳ السياسة بين الفعل الإلهي ورد الفعل الإنساني*

السياسة، في جوهرها، هي إدارة الزمن البشري في مواجهة الزمن الكوني.

– فالله، في علاقته بالزمن، لا يُفاجَأ بالأحداث، بل يسبقها بعلمه ومشيئته.

– أما الإنسان، في علاقته بالزمن، فهو غالبًا ما يكون في موقع رد الفعل، يتأثر ولا يؤثر، ينتظر ولا يبادر.

لكن السياسة الحقيقية لا تُدار بردود الأفعال، بل بالمبادرات التي تستشرف المستقبل.

وهنا يظهر الفرق بين

– من يتعامل مع الزمن كقيد،

– ومن يتعامل معه كفرصة.

فالمبادر السياسي هو من يقرأ

– الزمن النفسي لشعبه،

– الزمن الطبيعي لمجتمعه،

– الزمن الكوني لتغيرات العالم،

ليصوغ فعلًا يتجاوز اللحظة ويصنع التاريخ.

*⚡ رد الفعل مفترق طرق بين الحكمة والرعونة :

عندما يكتفي الإنسان برد الفعل، فإنه يسلّم زمام أمره للظروف، ويغدو تابعًا لا فاعلًا. وهنا يكون مفترق الطريق:

– إما أن يسلك الإنسان درب الرحمن، فيبادر ويخطط ويصنع الخير،

– أو أن يظل أسيرًا لانفعالاته، يتخبط بين الخوف والغضب بين التردد والانكفاء.

 

الرحمن تعالى اسمه في تعامله مع الإنسان، يمنحه القدرة

– على الاختيار،

– على الفعل،

– على تجاوز الانفعال

 

والسياسة، حين تُمارَس بروح الرحمة، تصبح وسيلة لتمكين الإنسان من أن يكون فاعلًا في زمنه، لا مجرد متلقٍ لأحداثه.

 

*🔄 من الانفعال إلى الفاعلية من خلال فاعدة للوسائل حكم المقاصد*

 

التحول من الانفعال إلى الفاعلية لا يتم إلا بفهم عميق للقاعدة الذهبية: “للوسائل حكم المقاصد”.

فليست كل وسيلة مشروعة، حتى لو كانت المقاصد نبيلة.

 

من هنا نقول ان السياسة الفاعلة هي التي تختار وسائلها بعناية، لتكون منسجمة مع قيمها، لا متناقضة معها.

 

فالمبادرة السياسية لا تعني التسرع، بل تعني

– التخطيط الواعي، المبني على فهم الزمن بكل أبعاده

– . أن يكون الفعل السياسي نابعًا من رؤية، لا من رد فعل.

– أن تكون الوسيلة أخلاقية، لا انتهازية.

واخيرا انها تعنى أن يكون الهدف هو بناء الإنسان، لا استغلاله.

 

في الختام :

السياسة ليست مجرد إدارة للأزمات، بل هي فن صناعة الزمن.

من هنا نجد ان من ينتقل من رد الفعل إلى المبادرة الفاعلة، يكون قد خطا خطوة نحو الإنسانية، ونحو الرحمة، ونحو التاريخ.

Considering the factor of time and through the management of human time in the face of cosmic time—and in today’s world where events accelerate and destinies intertwine—politics becomes an art of managing time before it is a management of interests.

 

Time is not merely the ticking of clock hands, but a fabric woven from cosmic, psychological, and natural dimensions that shape our awareness and determine our actions.

 

From here arises the importance of transitioning from reaction to proactive initiative, as a fundamental transformation in the practice of politics and in the human understanding of their role in the universe.

 

*🕰️ Time: A Multidimensional Concept*

 

*Cosmic Time*

– This is absolute time, not tied to human perception, governed by physical laws that control planetary motion and the expansion of the universe.

It is the time of God, who is “not bound by time,” but rather the Creator of time itself.

 

*Psychological Time*

– This is the time experienced internally by humans, where moments pass slowly or quickly depending on emotional states.

It is the time of the self—of anxiety or hope, of waiting or action.

 

*Natural Time*

– This is the time observed in the succession of day and night, the changing of seasons, the growth and withering of trees.

It is the time that connects us to the Earth and sets the rhythm of daily life.

 

*⏳ Politics Between Divine Action and Human Reaction*

 

Politics, at its core, is the management of human time in the face of cosmic time.

– God, in His relationship with time, is never surprised by events; He precedes them with His knowledge and will.

– Humans, however, often find themselves in a reactive position—affected but not affecting, waiting but not initiating.

 

True politics is not governed by reactions, but by initiatives that anticipate the future.

Here lies the difference between:

– Those who treat time as a constraint,

– And those who treat it as an opportunity.

 

The proactive politician is one who reads:

– The psychological time of their people,

– The natural time of their society,

– The cosmic time of global changes,

To craft actions that transcend the moment and shape history.

 

*⚡ Reaction: A Crossroads Between Wisdom and Recklessness*

 

When a person limits themselves to reaction, they surrender control to circumstances and become a follower rather than a leader. At this crossroads:

– One may choose the path of the Merciful, initiating, planning, and creating good,

– Or remain captive to emotions, floundering between fear and anger, hesitation and withdrawal.

 

The Merciful—exalted is His name—grants humans the ability:

– To choose,

– To act,

– To transcend emotional reactivity.

 

Politics, when practiced with a spirit of mercy, becomes a means to empower humans to be active participants in their time, not mere recipients of its events.

 

*🔄 From Reactivity to Proactivity Through the Principle: “Means Govern Ends”*

 

The shift from emotional reactivity to effective action can only occur through a deep understanding of the golden rule: “Means govern ends.”

Not every means is legitimate, even if the ends are noble.

 

Thus, effective politics is that which carefully selects its means to align with its values, not contradict them.

 

Political initiative does not mean haste—it means:

– Conscious planning, based on an understanding of time in all its dimensions,

– That political action stems from vision, not reaction,

– That the means are ethical, not opportunistic,

– And ultimately, that the goal is to build the human being, not exploit them.

 

*In Conclusion*

 

Politics is not merely the management of crises—it is the art of crafting time.

Hence, those who move from reaction to proactive initiative take a step toward humanity, toward mercy, and toward history.
